6 Hours Behind the Wheel & Observation Course

I/We, hereby agree to the terms and conditions listed below.
1. Students have 90 days to complete the online classroom lessons. There is a fee of $25.00 if you don't complete the course within 90 days.
2. Failing to give a 24-hour notice for canceling driving appointments will result in an additional $35.00 fee to reschedule.
3. Full payment for classroom must be paid up front and BTW must be paid by the fourth lesson. The student will not receive completion papers until paid.
4. AGREEMENT TERMS - Double Wing Driving LLC will not refund any tuition or part of the tuition if the school is ready, willing, and able to fulfill its part of the agreement. This constitutes the entire agreement between Double Wing Driving LLC and the student/parent(s) or adults. No verbal statement or promises will be recognized.
