Teen Behind the Wheel
For students who have already taken the 30-hour class at another school or have chosen to do the online classes without signing up for a complete package.
This package contains the 6 hours of behind-the-wheel driving lessons and 6 hours of observation. This meets the requirements to obtain a driver’s license in the state of Wisconsin for anyone under 18.
What are Behind the Wheel lessons?
Students must be 15 years old and have completed the classroom portion of drivers education in order to be eligible for their Learners Permit and begin Behind the Wheel lessons.
Behind the Wheel lessons are designed to develop confidence in our students while getting hands-on experience. Our certified instructors are there to educate students about the rules of the road, while also teaching maneuvers and everyday skills. Examples of skills taught in Behind the Wheel lessons include y-turns, parking, uncontrolled intersections, highways, and much more.
